Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Far East Singapore Pte Ltd.

The company reserves the right to accept or reject any order.

A minimum deposit of 50% or SGD $500 (whichever is higher) may be required upon order confirmation.

Full payment must be made before delivery.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• PayNow
• Bank transfer
• Credit or debit card

Cheque payments are subject to bank clearance.

Customers or authorised representatives must inspect goods before accepting delivery.

Acceptance of delivery confirms the goods are received in good condition and correct quantity.

All goods remain the property of Far East Singapore Pte Ltd until full payment has been received.

Repair services for previously purchased goods may incur transportation charges.

Standard service transport fee:

SGD $80 per trip

Labour and materials will be charged separately.

Display sets and clearance items are sold as-is and are not returnable or exchangeable.

Late payments may incur interest charges up to 10% per annum until the outstanding balance is fully settled.

Far East Singapore Pte Ltd will not be liable for indirect damages, losses, or delays caused by external factors.

Any claims are limited to the value of the purchased product.

Far East Singapore Pte Ltd reserves the right to update or modify these policies without prior notice.
